- Private One on One session: R405 pp per session
- Duo session (2 people): R295 pp per session

- Group equipment session (5-8 people): R180 pp per session (Dependent on availability)
INITIAL INDIVIDUAL ORIENTATION CLASS
During this initial session an individual postural analysis along with an orientation of the studio and the common terms, positioning and muscle activation are explained and implemented.
This introductory session is also an opportunity to discuss what your goals are as well as any health concerns and injuries that may need to be addressed. After this session your instructor will advise you of the best class options to meet your goals.
